We have a new Pope!
Pope Francis steps into the new [Prada] shoes vacated by Pope Benedict.  
Benedict had stunned the theological [and terrestial world] with his decision to step down as Pope - the first to do so in close to 600 years - claiming he did not feel able to perform his duties as the Good Shepherd to the flock.  
The conclave selected Mario Bergoglio, who is not much younger than Benedict, and who has health issues of his own [an operation in his past removed half of his lung].  
In choosing Bergoglio, the Roman Catholic Church set a precedent: the first Pope from the Americas [Argentina] and the first Jesuit to be elected Pope.
