{Best Editorial Cartoons of the Year} ~ 2013 Edition

 I received my complimentary copies of the "Best Editorial Cartoons of the Year: 2013 Edition" in the mail.  This yearly edition was initiated by the late Charles Brooks who began compiling this annual retrospective some 40 years ago, but with Brooks's passing last year, the franchise has been continued under the editorship of Steven Kelley.
