{World Press Cartoon} ~ Sintra, Portugal

Just received my Sintra 2012 World Press Cartoon catalog and certificate
Each year Sintra, Portugal is host to the annual World Press Cartoon exhibition.  An exhibition which attracts some of the very best caricaturists, gag cartoonists, and editorial cartoonists from around the world.
