Katrina, a DG in the PS, is keen to win the Employee Innovation Program's $10,000 jackpot. For Katrina, this is second-nature: she's a gambling addict. Her solution? Gambling counseling for PS employees to start gambling: on each other. "Casino Systemo" would allow PS employees to bet on who gets fired, who does/does not make their quotas, anything and everything related to the PS is fair game for betting. Katrina estimates the PS would fill their coffers from the 'house' take. She speaks from authority.
