{File By EX} ~ Shotgun Diplomacy

In this month's edition of the Ottawa Citizen's feature File By EX, Marlena's exasperation with her minister's silly questions reaches a climax and she turns subversive claiming Government 3.0 is directly related to the Holy Trinity and Hinduism's Creation, Maintenance, and Destruction. With tongue firmly planted in cheek, Marlena advises that the Government consider policy triads like Safety, Security, and Shotguns as a way to channel divine fortune. Unfortunately for Marlena, the Minister takes this all at face value and she quickly discovers she has been promoted to the Government's campaign team.
I opted to show Marlena sounding the electioneering season based on her Safety, Security, and Shotguns platform. Marlena issues her call while the Minister lies in wait. In homage to Warner Bros., the Minister is a direct homage to Elmer Fudd.
